Return & Exchange Policy

At Code H, we believe that a perfect shopping experience starts and ends with your complete satisfaction. Since we understand that your needs may change, we have created a flexible return and exchange policy that accommodates all possibilities while maintaining the highest quality standards.

Returns

You may return your product within three days of receiving it.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The product must be in its original condition, as received.

  • It must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all included accessories (if applicable).

  • The original receipt must be provided with the return.

Important Notes:

  • Products that show signs of damage or improper storage are not eligible for return.

  • If the product is found to be defective or does not match its description, Code H will cover all return costs.

Exchanges

You may request an exchange within five days of receiving the product.

Conditions for Exchanges:

  • The product must meet the same conditions as returns: original condition, complete packaging, and unopened.

  • Exchanges are only available for products within the same category or for an agreed-upon alternative.

Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items:

  • Opened or used products.

  • Custom-made products or special orders (unless defective).

  • Discounted items from special promotions, unless they are faulty.

Shipping & Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.

How to Request a Return or Exchange?

  1. Contact our customer service team to initiate your request.

  2. We will review your request and provide you with a tracking number to ensure a smooth process.

  3. Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the return or exchange within 7 business days.
