Return & Exchange Policy

Returns
You may return your product within three days of receiving it.
Conditions for Returns:

The product must be in its original condition, as received.

It must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all included accessories (if applicable).

The original receipt must be provided with the return.
Important Notes:

Products that show signs of damage or improper storage are not eligible for return.

If the product is found to be defective or does not match its description, Code H will cover all return costs.
Exchanges
You may request an exchange within five days of receiving the product.
Conditions for Exchanges:

The product must meet the same conditions as returns: original condition, complete packaging, and unopened.

Exchanges are only available for products within the same category or for an agreed-upon alternative.
Non-Returnable & Non-Exchangeable Items:

Opened or used products.

Custom-made products or special orders (unless defective).

Discounted items from special promotions, unless they are faulty.
Shipping & Costs:

Customers are responsible for return or exchange shipping costs unless the product is defective or an incorrect item was sent.
How to Request a Return or Exchange?

Once we receive and inspect the product, we will process the return or exchange within 7 business days.
